Well, it’s friday. That means it’s time for Follow Friday, a weekly blog hop/meme hosted by Parajunkee. To participate, stop by Parajunkee’s post for the info. I would like to give a shout out to this weeks feature, Book Bliss! Alright, time for the fun, here is this weeks question:
Q. How many books do you read in a week? And in what format do you read them, or listen to them?
A. On average, I read probably about 4-7 books a week. Usually, it’s not less than 4 a week.
I have a kindle, most of the time I read on the kindle. The more I read on the kindle the more I love it. Kindle has a handy dandy note taking and highlighting feature, which makes it easy to reference when I write me reviews….I never want to mark in paperbacks. I was opposed to e-readers at first, thinking that I really preferred the actual book in my hands….sometimes I still do, but it is nice to have a book I can read 1 handed, take everywhere, and it saves a ton of space….Yep, love my kindle!
How about you? How much do you read, and what format do you prefer?

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I personally have a nook color. Never go anywhere without it!
Gotta love the 1-handed reading!

You're just like my dear hubby! He loves the note taking and highlighting on his Kindle. He also likes to post quotes out of his current books onto Facebook. It is rather cute!
4-7 books a week reminds me of my big brother. He is a very, very speedy reader!

I LOVE my Kindle as well! I take it everywhere with me. Although I also love my Hardcovers and I'll usually have one of those with me in my purse as well. I love how compact it is and how I have a little library in the palm of my hand. It's really a life saver! Hope you have a wonderful Friday!

I have a Kindle and LOVE it. However a lot of egalleys and books from the Overdrive library download can't be read on the Kindle so I read them on my laptop. I'm actually searching craigslist right now for a Nook so I don't have to use my laptop anymore (which isn't too bad, it's pretty light). I get my audiobooks from my local library, they have a FANTASTIC selection… I'm really lucky. Check out your library!

I hate marking books too! I've taken to buying sticky notes that are about 1/4 the original size and marking sections with those. It makes me feel like I'm back in high school English.
I've got a kindle and an ipad and I dunno… I just get bored with books when I read one of them there. I don't feel like I'm actually accomplishing anything. If I read an ebooks, it's usually on my laptop and I end up with eyestrain and a headache. Blah.
I'm already following your blog

That's awesome that you read so many books in a week! I guess i could if I stepped away from the internet! LOL
I love my kindle too! I alternate between that and real books. If a book has an amazing cover, then I buy the real thing.
Thanks for entering my contest!

Wow, you definitely read a lot! But that's awesome! And I so agree about loving the Kindle more the more you read it. I miss holding books at times still, but it's not as often and when I do pick one up, I actually miss my Kindle. Lol!
