Hey everyone! This week has been a slow one for me, my kids start school on Monday, there is a killer heat wave this week, and I haven’t been able to get posts made up and posted. I am so excited that school starts tomorrow! When I say the heat wave was killer, I mean it. It’s been over 110 degrees F this week, ugh! Hopefully, I get caught up on review writing today… we shall see…
I am doing something new, I joined the Body by Vi 90 Day Challenge. My goal is to lose 20 pounds, and I
have been working out and Body by Vi has really tasty protein shakes, so it’s pretty cool. Hopefully, by fall I will be a slimmer version of myself. If you are curious about Body by Vi, you can check it out at my Body by Vi website.

ooh Stolen Fury looks yummy. We have had a really hot summer as well and have seen those temps. I am so looking forward to fall. The first week back to school is a killer as you adjust! Sometimes a slower week is a good thing; it’s nice to have a break. I hope you were able to stay cool. We got into the 90′s but the humidity, OMG. I felt like I was living in the Amazon jungle. Thank goodness for A/C/
I got Stolen Fury also, but haven’t read it yet; I’m behind on my reading. I look forward to seeing what you think.

I have been on a diet myself here recently. Good luck with your 20 pound goal. I hear body by VI is a great program, and what better way to lose weight than to win prizes!

Good luck with your fitness challenge! I’m in the same boat. I have these cute Eddie Bauer jeans in the back of my closet that I’m determined to fit into by fall. I think knocking off about 15 pounds will do it. It’s sad when I still have “baby weight” and my baby is starting kindergarten.
Oh well. We can do it!!

That’s great you found a challenge you like and it sounds like you’ll stick with it! Helps when the shakes taste good
I’m not familiar with Body by Vi but I’m doing a 10-day cleanse myself here soon. I’m just feeling kind of toxic lately. But you doing exercise with it you’ll do great!!!
I still need to read Chicagoland Vampire series! UGH, I’ll never get to it! I’m glad you say you like it! I’m going to go check out Stolen Fury, that one just looks good
